The MC 115D – was designed around the premise of making a small but durable, productive, transportable, stable, safe, and affordable dredge for entry-level buyers or operations on a budget. The controls can be learned quickly, and maintenance is simple.
The system boasts a powerful 125 HP (93 kW) diesel engine, 2,000 GPM (454m3/hr.) dredge pump, and a powerful cutterhead with the patented Pump Defender for reducing downtime in debris rich environments by up to 80%.
The MC 115D has options for the patented WeedMaster Cutterhead that convert it to a hydraulic weed harvesting machine that can pump vegetation to shore as well as optional outboard motors for self-propulsion in non-compact materials.
The 115D also offers an optional radio remote control for additional versatility in toxic environments where safety is paramount.

Superior Pump Design: 8 in. (203 mm) Ladder mounted pump for up to 5% higher solids. Lightweight and easy to fix with simple hand tools. No complicated seals or special tooling. Low Pressure (LP) pump is ideal for filling geotextile containers.
High Solids Pump: Passes 3.6 in. (91 mm) spherical solids with closed impeller and 4.3 in. (109 mm) spherical solids with open impeller for less clogging.
Versatile Propulsion: Standard cable drive propulsion for precision dredging and positive line pull or optional dual outboards for maneuvering into boat slips
Dredging Depth: 15 ft. (4.57 m) standard dredging depth, making it the deepest digging in its class.

Pump Defender: Patent-pending Pump Defender allows for cleaning of the pump inlet after every revolution of the cutterhead to greatly reduce down-time in debris rich environments by up to 80%.
Shipping: One truck transportable. Optional Transport / Launch / Retrieve Trailer (TLR Trailer) for easy transport and launch without the use of a crane which reduces mobilization and demobilization costs on every job.
Operator’s Cabin: Climate controlled operator’s cabin with air conditioner, heater, fan, lighting, oversized analog gauges, digital depth gauge, IQAN interface, USB port, cup holder, and easy to use finger tip controls that can be learned quickly.
Versatile Cutterhead: The MC 115D comes standard with a low-turbidity environmentally friendly shroud and two (2) cutterbars including the SolidsMaster for sand and more compact materials and the EnviroMaster for thick sludges and lighter materials. The cutterhead has easy to use cleanouts for quick debris removal and the cutters can be changed with simple hand tools.
Vegetation Cutterhead: Optional WeedMaster cutterhead converts the MC 115D into a hydraulic weed harvesting system that will cut hyacinths, reeds, and other types of vegetation into small pieces and pump them to a remote discharge site (requires open impeller).
